  If you want a minimum of a two hour wait then this is for you. Never turn up early! Arrived at 1205 for a 1300 pick up so after waiting in a line for 2 1/2 hrs I was told to wait. So here I am. What a mistake. People coming back due to cars not starting and super ride Austrians jumping line. Going to drop the next one!!

  Worst agency ever. They do the classic scam of : "Sorry, you don't have the right card, so you'll have to pay an extra insurance which is 3 times the price you paid for the car". That of course after having waited for 45min (it took them some time to rip off the 4 persons queuing in front of us). I refused and went to rental company. Just avoid them!

  Take a care with the conditions. No where is written that inter rent will not give a car without assistant insurance , which is 3 € per day for up 15 days rent. It is absurd the rental price grow and if in the begging you book (in my case through Ryanair) for 7 € than you paid 12 per day. THIS IS UNCORRECTED

  Awful. Despite having paid for this rental i went to Europcar instead after spending 90 minutes in a queue of 2 people. Unbelievable amount of bureaucracy. You get what you pay for. If you want to spend your holiday in a queue go for it, if not AVOID
